I am an international strategic operations manager, with 30 years of industry experience on top of an eclectic education that resulted in a Masters degree in computer science, who is passionate about driving businesses to meet their potential. I do this with a mixture of operations, strategy, corporate development and strategic sales management skills and ability.

I am a versatile manager who can quickly grasp complex technologies and form cross functional & cross geographical teams to deliver results.

WORK PHILOSOPHY

I believe that companies succeed by executing their ideas and plans and not just by coming up with more or better ideas and plans. I believe that a laser focus on understanding the business and removing the limitations to throughput allows companies to succeed and grow even in the most difficult times.

I believe that an active, engaged team is critical to the agility in every organization; the way to build that is to instill the appropriate values and to create a mood of enlightened – self – interest.
