Accelerating business growth

This involves developing a growth plan for a SME. How do they plot a future course of action to yield the kind of growth they desire? What are potential trigger points for their growth? What future scenarios can they drive or influence to make them more successful? This is a strategic plan, but we don't call it that because it often feels too "big" for the businesses that we work with.
