·         Start-up advice for individuals or businesses.
Here we work closely with the client to determine what their expectations are, determine if the products and services on offer constitute a business, if the clients expectations are in line with what the future should hold.

·         Accelerating business growth
This involves developing a growth plan for a PME. How do they plot a future course of action to yield the kind of growth they desire? What are potential trigger points for their growth? What future scenarios can they drive or influence to make them more successful? This is a strategic plan, but we don't call it that because it often feels too "big" for the businesses that we work with.

·         Business expansion :
Most PMEs under utilize technology that could make them grow much more rapidly.  This is not just about internet and IT technology. It often involves the use of multi tier distribution and expansion into other geographic markets.

·         Due diligence:
Angels, VCs and PE firms want to ensure that when an investment is made that they have done the best that they can to ensure they know what they are getting into. This can be especially important when they venture out of their areas of expertise. We use our experience of alliances, partnering and acquisition analysis to make sure there is a match between the investor and the target company expectations and goals.
