Our approach begins with an assessment meeting where we meet to discuss what your aspirations are and what you can see as a vision of the future. We explain about how the process works and what to expect (from yourself as well as from us).

After 30 minutes, you are free to just say"no" - you are in complete control. If you don't like what you see or hear, no one will think less of you or pester you. It is really "OK" to say no and that will be the end of it.

Once we have decided to work together we work through a process of inquiry, developing an open mind through a sequence of questions. We will research the questions, discuss what we have found.

We will share with you our guidance on what the consequences of the different courses of action will have. You will then choose your direction and we will work through what that means to you and your business.

 At the end, you will be able to write a business plan, in any format, very quickly.

 Optionally, we can format the plan for you and deliver a finished document that meets the needs of the particular audience (bankers, venture capitalists, private equity firms, etc). We can also assist in developing a communication plan for your other stakeholders (suppliers, management team, employees, etc).
